Welcome to mollybalint.com and the SOFT Business Club Membership (the “Membership”). By accessing or using our website or enrolling in the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Payments and Membership Responsibilities

  • Membership is not a month-to-month subscription; it is a commitment for the full term of the program to which you subscribe (6 month, 12 month, All-Access).

  • If you select a payment plan option, you are responsible for completing all installment payments in full, regardless of whether you continue to access or use the Membership.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to Membership materials. Outstanding balances will remain due, and we reserve the right to seek collection of unpaid amounts.

  • Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or specifically outlined in our cancellation policy.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content provided in the Membership, including but not limited to course materials, videos, graphics, templates, worksheets, and any other resources (collectively, the “Materials”), are the intellectual property of MollyBalint.com and Farmhouse Creative Marketing, LLC.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Materials solely for personal use.

  • Redistribution, resale, reproduction, or sharing of the Materials, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited.

  • Unauthorized use of the Materials may result in termination of your access to the Membership and may be subject to legal action.

3. Membership Access

  • Membership access is individual and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to Membership content is prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Membership or its features without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify members in advance.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide valuable and accurate content, the Membership is provided “as is.” FarmhouseCreativeMarketing, LLC and MollyBalint.com makes no warranties regarding the results or outcomes from using the Materials.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold FarmhouseCreativeMarketing, LLC and Molly Balint harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Membership or Materials.

5. Amendments to Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or Membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
